For 2005 verification all Verification Opinions contracted for delivery by 31st March 2006 were delivered on time.

 

All Phase II baseline verification contracts for either 9th May or 6th June 2006 deadlines were delivered on or ahead of schedule.

 

Annual on line Customer Satisfaction Survey completed and finished with results increased by 2% compared to last year, plus the actual response level increased from 50% to 60%. Specific actions are to further improve response times to technical questions and queries which will be achieved by looking to provide additional resource for peak times.

 

For 2006 all Verification Opinions were completed by 26th March, well ahead of deadline, and CICS market share increased further to a combined total of 70% of the UK and Republic of Ireland EU ETS CO₂ emissions.
